The Kilkenny School of Yoga
Classes are offered in all styles of yoga and pilates. Yoga classes include Hatha yoga, Ashtanga yoga, power yoga, yogalates and yoga for sports. The school has a specialist yoga for pregnancy teacher and offers yoga for mother and baby and yoga for children. Free trial classes available to help people find the right class for them.
